In the beginning we felt a pressing need to defend both our personal names and business name under the first amendment, or in exercising free speech concerning our defense against the never ending onslaught of the defamation originating and directed at us by Mary Prantil on her personal blog sites and the many Internet scam forums.
The site of www.ashrinetoqueenlilith.net was created to combat this negative press generated by towards us by Mary Prantil that was progressively mass spammed on the Internet over the last four and a half years plus. The site has been somewhat effective in debunking her liable remarks yet, we still suffer personally and professionally at times despite our best efforts to stop both her liable and slander.
The site contains speculation, summation and vented opinion concerning Prantil's activities against others and ourselves and at times, makes a comparison between her activities and the activities of her two family members of Frank G. Prantil and Richard G. Prantil whom were cited and tried for similar offenses in the state of California.
The site also contains public records and background search information leading back to credible sources such as the LA Times, California Appellate Court, Unified Court System of New York Court along with the statements of fact being made by other law firms just to name a few, who apparently had interactions with the Prantil family such as the named Mary Prantil, Richard Prantil and Frank G. Prantil.
The Lilith site attempts to show Miss Prantil to be a fraudster and slanderess by presenting all the pertinent evidence disputing all of her fictitious and malicious claims against us and others in that she was allegedly scammed, or otherwise was treated unprofessionally, unfairly, mislead or treated unfairly at anytime or in any other way by others or ourselves.
Miss Prantil's email transcripts are aired to show the course of events leading up to her eventual two or three terminations, reinstatement’s and then the final termination after being warned several times for breaching the site policy’s and consistently or habitually going against common sense advice that ultimately cause her life situation to deteriorate in the end.
These transcripts also debunk any claims that we had allegedly hack into her bank account or Pay Pal account, or even processed any payment through such accounts. The transcripts also show malicious actions on Prantil's part in reporting myself to Pay Pal and the ICU for credit card, or Pay Pal fraud when such conditions simply didn't exist either before, during or after the complaint was filed by Prantil.
Her voice recordings when aired, showed not only her discrepancies in statement but numerous contradictions in both speech and written word via what she has posted over the Internet concerning the forum sites, her personal blogs and what she actually says on the tapes.
The evidence shows bad faith and deception on Prantil's part in what she has repetitiously stated to us and others behind the scenes and what she has conveyed to the public at large. This becomes evident when reviewing the over all unfoldment of her situation over the course of this case. In short, her statements are radically adverse to the truth at every turn.
